Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- some college education preferred
- at least three years related experience and/or training preferred
- strong computer knowledge in Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and Word software
- experience with staff supervision, personnel procedures, and excellent customer service skills required
- strong communication skills in verbal and written format required
- must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation

Job Duties
- Oversee the development and growth of weddings at Fox Valley Park District
- manage weddings and rentals at Blackberry Farm and Red Oak venues
- develop business plans and sales goals
- promote weddings and rentals through marketing efforts
- supervise part-time weddings and rental coordinators and staff
- hire and train staff
- manage budgeting and perform other duties as assigned
