Job Requirements
- ability to work weekends is essential
- must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner
- must have strong communication skills
- must be detail oriented
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs

Job Duties
- create wedding timelines for couples
- be an advocate for the couple keeping them calm under pressure and assisting with any issues that arise throughout the day
- oversee ceremony and reception set up
- execute all day-of operations for the wedding including presence at the venue from morning through tear down
- greet and direct all vendors
- communicate with vendors regarding set up
- set up seating cards menu cards table numbers favors guest book and other decor
- assist the wedding party and family with any needs questions or concerns
- ensure end of event arrangements are made for gifts guest book toasting flutes etc
