Job Requirements
- Must have previous experience in event planning or wedding planning
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand or walk for 8-10 hours
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Drive
- Must submit and complete a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be willing to work full-time including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Build strong connections with clients by understanding their desires and transforming their wedding dreams into reality at extraordinary venues
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours to provide quick and efficient service
- Work closely with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience, leveraging knowledge of product offerings
- Stay informed about products to become clients' trusted resource for all wedding-related matters
- Organize planning meetings, collect event details, and adhere to the sales process for a structured approach
- Complete CRM tasks promptly, including handling payments and invoices for diligent client account management
- Lead wedding rehearsals to prepare clients for their big day
- Act as the primary Wedding Planner on event days, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and providing a 5-star experience
- Attend weekly meetings and efficiently schedule tasks to stay organized and aligned with team goals
