Job Requirements

  • Must have previous experience in event planning or wedding planning
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand or walk for 8-10 hours
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Drive
  • Must submit and complete a background check
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to work full-time including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Build strong connections with clients by understanding their desires and transforming their wedding dreams into reality at extraordinary venues
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours to provide quick and efficient service
  • Work closely with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience, leveraging knowledge of product offerings
  • Stay informed about products to become clients' trusted resource for all wedding-related matters
  • Organize planning meetings, collect event details, and adhere to the sales process for a structured approach
  • Complete CRM tasks promptly, including handling payments and invoices for diligent client account management
  • Lead wedding rehearsals to prepare clients for their big day
  • Act as the primary Wedding Planner on event days, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and providing a 5-star experience
  • Attend weekly meetings and efficiently schedule tasks to stay organized and aligned with team goals
