Job Requirements
- knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- must drive to outside sales calls
- excellent comprehension and literacy to develop marketing plans
- flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- preferred 2-3 years previous hotel sales experience
- knowledge of hotel sales procedures
- excellent written and spoken communication skills
- strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- ability to manage extensive information

Job Duties
- selling and servicing wedding blocks and small social groups
- soliciting, closing, and contracting wedding business
- preparing proposals and contracts
- coordinating rooming lists and event orders
- conducting site inspections
- maintaining client and vendor relationships
- collaborating with operations team to ensure exceptional customer experience
