Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in wedding planning or event coordination
- excellent communication skills
- high ethical standards and professional image
- ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- willingness to travel and work outside regular hours

- Proven experience in event coordination or wedding planning
- excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in database management and record keeping
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- attention to detail especially in financial reconciliation
- flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends
- solid understanding of event logistics and vendor management
Job Duties
- Create tailored RFPs for specific wedding events
- collaborate with team members to plan and execute successful events
- manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to tight schedules and deadlines
- demonstrate excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- exhibit resourcefulness and independence in your approach
- maintain meticulous attention to detail, especially in financial reconciliation
- ensure execution aligns with specifications and deadlines
- accurately and promptly enter records into our database system for registration
- be prepared to travel and work outside of regular hours to attend events and client meetings
- assist with planning for various weddings simultaneously
- contribute to the overall team success by identifying challenges and actively seeking improvements to processes and efficiency
