Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- one to two years of relevant wedding or event planning experience
- or equivalent education and or experience
- knowledge of professional Roman Catholic ministry and familiarity with Catholic liturgy
- exceptional organization skills
- ability to manage multiple concurrent high priority projects
- excellent communication skills
- strong public speaking and customer service skills
- competence with Microsoft Office applications and related technologies
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to receive supervisory direction
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- ability to work flexible part time hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

Job Duties
- Conduct meetings and provide ongoing communication with couples to discuss plans and preferences as they prepare for their wedding
- manage and track paperwork in preparing for wedding events
- support Campus Ministry by providing invoicing and billing information as needed
- serve as a point of contact for couples and vendors as needed before and during the event
- determine event timelines and attend all rehearsals, noting any changes to support successful event
- coordinate and prepare the Chapel before, during and after the wedding to ensure setup and cleanup expectations are met
- be in attendance at weddings to support event management and handle unexpected needs
- research best practices for marriage preparation and planning
- maintain Campus Ministry resources related to wedding preparation and planning
- maintain Prepare-Enrich and other wedding related subscriptions
- develop student programming to enhance skills supporting healthy relationships
- attend staff meetings as directed
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or designee
