Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding ceremony to ensure flawless execution
- oversee setup and layout of ceremony spaces, ensuring décor and logistics align with client expectations
- greet and guide wedding parties, officiants, and guests with professionalism and care
- cue processional and recessional timing to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly and on schedule
- support the wedding coordination and banquet teams in pre-ceremony and post-ceremony transitions
- review ceremony details in advance to confirm timing, participant roles, and special requests
- anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues to preserve a stress-free experience for the couple and guests
- collaborate with venue staff, florists, musicians, officiants, and other vendors
- represent Saint John's Resort's hospitality standards with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
