Job Requirements
- High-school degree preferred
- Three to five years related experience and/or training
- Supervisory experience managing a team of managers or in another supervisory role
- Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel
- Knowledge of restaurant database software a plus
- Knowledgeable about county regulations
- Ability to implement BSRG dining standards
- Ability to read and interpret food service industry periodicals
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet high work standards
- Initiative and ability to make independent decisions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Maintain organization of details for booked catering events
- Provide full coordination for the host on the day of the event
- Support the Catering Sales Manager
- Assist in initial client inquiries regarding events
- Arrange meetings with clients to establish relationships and organize event details
- Organize and maintain accurate files of previous and upcoming events
- Direct and organize team members involved in event execution
- Assist Food and Beverage team
- Ensure event sheets are updated regularly and forwarded to appropriate managers
- Provide full day coordination of ceremonies, weddings, and public events including greeting hosts on arrival
