Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- One year of experience in front office reservations sales event planning and/or catering preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- One-year front office reservations sales event planning and/or catering experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences

- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Assist in event sales and planning activities including client inquiries proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs preferences and budgets
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup catering decor guest rooms and audiovisual requirements
- Assist in creating detailed event timelines and itineraries
- Support the team in managing event budgets and financial transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
- Assist in conducting site visits and showcasing event spaces to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
