Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • One year of experience in front office reservations sales event planning and/or catering preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • One-year front office reservations sales event planning and/or catering experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Assist in event sales and planning activities including client inquiries proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs preferences and budgets
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue setup catering decor guest rooms and audiovisual requirements
  • Assist in creating detailed event timelines and itineraries
  • Support the team in managing event budgets and financial transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
  • Assist in conducting site visits and showcasing event spaces to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
