Job Requirements

- Three or more years of experience in luxury hospitality, catering, or high-end event management
- Demonstrated expertise in wedding and event planning
- Refined communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients after the initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to capture event vision and preferences
- Design tailored menus in collaboration with the culinary team
- Prepare, review, and distribute Banquet Event Orders and event diagrams with accuracy
- Lead pre-event planning meetings with hotel departments to align on service expectations
- Oversee event setup, décor installation, and vendor activity ensuring luxury standards
- Provide hands-on event day leadership guiding banquet staff and liaising with vendors
- Anticipate guest needs and troubleshoot issues discreetly
- Conduct post-event evaluations with clients and internal teams
- Foster and maintain relationships with preferred vendors
- Partner with sales team to convert inquiries into bookings and upsell enhancements
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of event details, contracts, and financials
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel’s brand at industry events, site visits, and networking opportunities
