Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event planning or related field
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- valid driver's license
- sales experience
- proficiency with scheduling and proposal software

- Proven experience in wedding and event planning
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- proficiency in sales and client relations
- creative problem-solving skills
- knowledge of floral design and event decor preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Assist in responses to inquiries and schedule consultations
- create proposals based on client vision
- maintain a pipeline of inquiries and prospects
- assist with event execution, installation, and take down
- assist in set ups and pulling props from warehouse
- assist with contracts, deposits, and final payments including reconciliations
- review floral selections with relevant departments
- maintain timely contact with clients for feedback and satisfaction
- build relationships with vendors and network in the event industry
- research and stay updated on wedding industry trends
- interact professionally with employees, vendors, and clients
