- minimum 2-3 years of hotel wedding event sales or comparable event planning experience
- proficiency in general computer use
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- administrate sales agreements for weddings and events
- detail all food, beverage, setup, and audio/visual requirements
- manage room blocks and pickup
- coordinate billing instructions and final event review
- facilitate communication before, during, and after events with hotel staff
- act as the on-site contact for smooth execution of weddings, galas, social events, and other assigned functions
- host hotel tours, wedding and event tastings
- maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
- participate in and lead event meetings and staff meetings
- collaborate with sales, event, and hotel teams and support staff
