Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of related experience and/or training
  • RAMP certification within 90 days of hire
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • RAMP certification within 90 days of hire
  • At least two years of related experience and/or training
  • Freedom from illegal use of drugs and freedom from use and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

Job Duties

  • Develop, oversee, and coordinate exceptional events
  • On event days, serve as the client's primary point of contact and lead a team of skilled, trained staff
  • Ensure excellent execution of each event
  • Manage front-of-house (FOH) employee operations
  • Guide the culinary team to deliver outstanding cuisine for guests
  • Supervise the venue's cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams and outside vendors to ensure successful event execution
