Job Requirements
- Have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Have at least 1 year of wedding or event planning experience
- Thrive in fast-paced environments without missing details
- Love timelines, checklists, and color-coded spreadsheets
- Be self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be creative, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Have solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Care deeply about diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate stunning weddings and events from inquiry to breakdown
- Lead client meetings and build detailed event plans
- Manage bookings software and vendor coordination
- Set up and break down event décor, tables, and chairs
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Respond promptly and kindly to client communications
- Assist with venue tours and collaborate with marketing
- Support fundraising and community events
- Send thank-you notes and follow-ups
- Solve problems creatively during events
