Job Requirements
- Have an associates degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Have at least 1 year of wedding or event planning experience
- Thrive in fast-paced environments without missing details
- Love timelines, checklists and color-coded spreadsheets
- Be self-motivated, reliable and team-oriented
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be creative, calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Have solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Care deeply about diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate wedding ceremonies, receptions and rehearsals
- Coordinate bridal showers, cocktail parties and corporate events
- Manage décor drop-offs, vendor coordination and day-of execution
- Lead client meetings and build event plans
- Manage booking software and event schedules
- Set up and break down tables, chairs and décor
- Assist with venue tours and collaborate with marketing
