Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administrative support or receptionist positions preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Follow established policies and protocols and provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide basic and accurate information about Ferrovial to callers and visitors, directing them to appropriate resources as needed
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, daily mail, deliveries, couriers and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship
