Job Requirements
- Less than high school diploma
- Three or more years of related construction experience preferred
- Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Proficiency in English for written and oral communications
- Ability to recognize and understand road signs
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures as described in the company's safety manual
- Ability to perform heavy physical activity and endure outdoor working conditions

- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate machinery and handle materials
Job Duties
- Drive a gasoline or diesel truck with a concrete mixer mounted on it
- Operate the concrete mixer to dump concrete on the grade, into forms, or into concrete pumps or buckets
- Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operate machinery
- Clean mixer drum after unloading concrete
- Take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, equipment, workers, and falling objects
- Service and make necessary adjustments to equipment for proper operation
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Report unsafe activities to supervisor or Human Resources
- Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Provide leadership through example and knowledge sharing
- Perform other duties as assigned
