Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Verify that food orders are complete, accurate, and delivered promptly to guests
- Maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with light food prep, plating, garnishing, and organizing orders
- Restock supplies and maintain an organized work area during service
- Address real-time challenges such as missing components, delayed dishes, or special requests to uphold efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor wait times for food tickets and ensure timely preparation and delivery
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to provide accurate menu explanations including ingredients, allergy considerations, and special dietary needs
