Job Requirements
- Waterpark experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- minimum of 3 years experience as a lifeguard instructor or in a waterpark leadership role, preferably in training or supervision
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to learn and master tools such as StarGuard Elite Portal, HotSOS, and Mobaro
- ability to read and write in English
- bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a lifeguard instructor or in a waterpark leadership role, preferably in training or supervision
- proficiency with Microsoft Office

- bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- strong leadership and mentoring skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Lead and facilitate all StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification classes
- develop and deliver weekly and monthly training meetings as well as ongoing lifeguard and ride attendant in-service
- manage training records and reports including metrics, audits, and compliance documentation
- oversee internal audits and assist with external audits
- coordinate and conduct monthly and quarterly zone certifications
- perform regular safety equipment inspections and maintain accurate inventory records
- serve as a mentor and leader for all waterpark associates by promoting professional growth, holding team members accountable, and reinforcing safety and service standards
- support special projects and training initiatives assigned by leadership
- maintain a professional and approachable presence while promptly addressing guest or associate concerns
- ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
