Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Must be willing to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, City holidays and flexible schedules
- Ability to perform physical tasks including mowing, weed whacking, brush cutting, and general maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to provide high-level customer service in a public environment
- Ability to operate vehicles and power equipment safely in public work sites

Job Duties
- Assist in aspects of event set-up and break down including snow fence installation and removal, marking of water lines, transporting event supplies, installation and removal of temporary signage and other necessary support functions
- Assist in all aspects of event operations which may include taking sound readings, responding to questions from the public and reporting any concerns or issues to the Facilities Maintenance Specialist, Event Staff or Marina Manager
- Work independently or as a team depending on staffing levels and competing priorities
- Provide a high level of customer service in a public atmosphere
- Implement day-of event checklists and ensure all details are complete before the event starts
- Maintain direct communication with onsite event producers and their staff to ensure smooth event operations
- Work nights, weekends, City holidays and a flexible schedule
- Perform turf care including mowing, weed whacking, brush cutting, seeding and mulching
- Clean restrooms regularly including sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, and wiping down all surfaces
- Collect refuse and litter removal, remove graffiti, and assist with painting and other special projects
- Perform safe work practices for vehicle and power equipment in the public work site
- Assist in setup and operations of BPRW produced events such as July 3rd, Beach Bites and other community-based events
- Provide excellent customer feedback and be a park advocate notifying park supervisors of undesirable activity, damage or excessive littering
- Assist in marina projects and general marina operational needs as necessary
