Job Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Bachelor of Science degree in civil or environmental engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Proven experience managing multi-discipline project teams
  • Demonstrated skills in proposal generation and scope of work preparation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to produce assignments on time and on budget
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork and relationship building

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in civil or environmental engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Minimum 10 years work experience executing a variety of municipal and industrial drinking water and wastewater projects
  • Experience managing multi-discipline project teams
  • Experience preparing proposals and scopes of work
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and initiative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong client relationships

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee execution of municipal water and wastewater projects
  • Provide technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating small to mid-scale projects
  • Perform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects
  • Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Identify opportunities to enhance organization’s standards and delivery of services
  • Manage and mentor junior-level staff
  • Perform research assignments and pilot studies as needed
  • Participate in water/wastewater industry professional organizations
