Job Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Proven experience managing multi-discipline project teams
- Demonstrated skills in proposal generation and scope of work preparation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to produce assignments on time and on budget
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and relationship building
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Minimum 10 years work experience executing a variety of municipal and industrial drinking water and wastewater projects
- Experience managing multi-discipline project teams
- Experience preparing proposals and scopes of work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and initiative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build strong client relationships
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee execution of municipal water and wastewater projects
- Provide technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating small to mid-scale projects
- Perform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Identify opportunities to enhance organization’s standards and delivery of services
- Manage and mentor junior-level staff
- Perform research assignments and pilot studies as needed
- Participate in water/wastewater industry professional organizations
