Job Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to participate in industry organizations

Job Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience executing municipal and industrial drinking water and wastewater projects
  • Experience managing multi-discipline project teams
  • Experience preparing proposals and scopes of work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to produce assignments on time and on budget
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects
  • Provide technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating small-to-mid-scale projects
  • Perform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects
  • Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Identify opportunities to enhance organization standards and service delivery
  • Manage and mentor junior-level staff
  • Conduct research assignments and pilot studies as needed
  • Participate in water and wastewater industry professional organizations
