Job Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to participate in industry organizations
Job Qualifications
- B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Minimum 10 years’ experience executing municipal and industrial drinking water and wastewater projects
- Experience managing multi-discipline project teams
- Experience preparing proposals and scopes of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to produce assignments on time and on budget
- Excellent attention to detail
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects
- Provide technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating small-to-mid-scale projects
- Perform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Identify opportunities to enhance organization standards and service delivery
- Manage and mentor junior-level staff
- Conduct research assignments and pilot studies as needed
- Participate in water and wastewater industry professional organizations
