Job Requirements
- ability to stand walk and work outdoors for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds and assist with physical tasks
- ability to respond to emergencies including managing crowds and directing staff
- willingness to work weekends holidays and evenings particularly during peak seasons
- previous management or supervisory experience in water park recreation or similar setting
- bachelor's degree preferred
- certification in CPR first aid and lifeguarding
- knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures

Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of park operations including water attractions guest services safety protocols and staff management
- develop and implement daily operations schedules ensuring adequate coverage of all areas
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of park operations and make adjustments as needed
- ensure all park facilities and attractions are properly maintained and cleaned
- supervise and manage a team of supervisors attendants and other staff
- conduct staff recruitment hiring and performance evaluations
- provide training and development programs for safety customer service and operational standards
- schedule staff and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours and special events
- ensure compliance with safety regulations including local state and federal requirements
- conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- oversee emergency procedures staff training in emergency response and preparedness
- ensure staff maintain certification and training in CPR first aid and water safety protocols
- ensure guests receive excellent customer service addressing concerns and complaints promptly
- monitor guest experience including wait times cleanliness and satisfaction
- implement guest feedback systems for continuous improvement
- oversee guest services such as ticketing food concessions and rentals
- collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns events and special offers
- develop strategies to increase attendance boost revenue and maintain seasonal operations
- monitor sales ticketing and revenue metrics and report financial performance
- manage budgets track expenses and ensure financial efficiency
- coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment and attractions are in good condition
- oversee upkeep of facilities restrooms food courts and guest areas
- ensure park landscaping signage and common areas are well-maintained
- organize and oversee special events themed nights group bookings and celebrations
- manage operational logistics for events
- prepare and manage annual operating budget
- ensure cost-effectiveness in staffing purchasing supplies and equipment
- monitor financial performance identifying areas to reduce costs or increase revenue
