Job Duties
- Pick up laundry from hampr member’s location
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry to hampr's standards
- Deliver clean laundry back to members within 24 hours
- Use the hampr app to claim and manage orders
- Maintain a smoke-free environment during laundry processing
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Communicate proactively with customers for smooth service
