Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain security clearance at the Secret level
- No current clearance required
- Must have relevant fabrication experience
- Willingness to work on-site
- Ability to work with complex electronic assemblies
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring detailed manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in micro-electronic or microwave/RF component fabrication
- Proficient in soldering and die attach techniques
- Familiarity with manual and automatic bonding machines
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 standards
- Ability to work with microscopes for extended periods
- Experience operating MRSI 505 and 605 machines
Job Duties
- Fabricate and modify complex micro-integrated and microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies
- Perform wire and ribbon bonding using manual and automatic bonding machines
- Attach substrates using materials such as duroid and ceramic with lamination presses and bladder bag ovens
- Utilize soldering skills and eutectic die attach techniques
- Work extensively with microscopes for precision assembly
- Operate specialized equipment such as MRSI 505 and 605 machines
- Comply with MIL-STD-883 standards for bonding complex microwave modules
