Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance at the Secret level
  • No current clearance required
  • Must have relevant fabrication experience
  • Willingness to work on-site
  • Ability to work with complex electronic assemblies
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring detailed manual dexterity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in micro-electronic or microwave/RF component fabrication
  • Proficient in soldering and die attach techniques
  • Familiarity with manual and automatic bonding machines
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 standards
  • Ability to work with microscopes for extended periods
  • Experience operating MRSI 505 and 605 machines

Job Duties

  • Fabricate and modify complex micro-integrated and microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies
  • Perform wire and ribbon bonding using manual and automatic bonding machines
  • Attach substrates using materials such as duroid and ceramic with lamination presses and bladder bag ovens
  • Utilize soldering skills and eutectic die attach techniques
  • Work extensively with microscopes for precision assembly
  • Operate specialized equipment such as MRSI 505 and 605 machines
  • Comply with MIL-STD-883 standards for bonding complex microwave modules
