Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Valid A or B driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Basic computer skills with familiarity in using inventory management software
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Receive materials delivered to the warehouse ensuring accuracy and condition
  • Inspect incoming materials for damages or discrepancies and report issues
  • Maintain accurate records of received materials including inventory updates
  • Stock materials safely and efficiently in designated locations
  • Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment
  • Pick materials based on job orders and prepare them for delivery
  • Package materials securely for transportation
  • Transport and deliver materials to job sites as scheduled
  • Verify materials received at job sites with project leads
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating reorders
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks
  • Utilize warehouse inventory systems to track material movements
  • Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE use
  • Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely
  • Assist with maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools
  • Support warehouse operations through problem-solving and workflow efficiency
