Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to lift 30–70 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment
  • Good communication, organizational, time management, mathematical skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class C or higher)
  • 1+ year experience in delivery driving, warehouse work, or cabinet assembly preferred
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Forklift operation skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory including flooring, cabinets, and countertops
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain clean and orderly warehouse space
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
  • Pick and stage materials for deliveries or customer pickup
  • Report inventory shortages or damages
  • Assemble European-style and ready-to-assemble cabinets accurately and efficiently
  • Read and follow cabinet assembly instructions, diagrams, or shop drawings
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Assist in packaging and staging completed cabinets for delivery or pickup
  • Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries
  • Follow scheduled routes and deliver goods on time
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
  • Maintain delivery logs and records accurately
