Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years foodservice or hospitality experience
  • valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
  • availability to work a variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • ability to stand and walk extensively
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to perform basic math
  • ability to adhere to professional and ethical standards

Job Duties

  • Assist with product purchasing and ordering
  • receive and manage distribution control
  • maintain sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas
  • support event operations including running and stocking
  • fulfill event requisitions, breakdowns, and equipment maintenance
  • oversee appropriate stocking levels and product rotation
  • ensure proper transfer process and documentation of products between locations
  • perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • evaluate warehouse employee performance and maintain records
  • conduct end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness
