Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification required
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- open availability
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
- strong communication skills in English
- capacity for independent decision making under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with product purchasing and ordering
- receive and control distribution of items for the venue
- maintain sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas
- fulfill event expectations including requisitioning and post-event breakdown
- oversee appropriate stocking levels and rotate products
- ensure proper transfers between locations and maintain documentation
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- evaluate employee performance and maintain related records
- conduct end-of-day walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness
