Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Ability to make sound business decisions under pressure
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of concessions location, equipment and safety standards
- Valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
- Working knowledge of sanitation, food preparation, safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- High standards of integrity and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Experience in similar venue operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist with product purchasing and ordering
- Receive and control distribution for the venue
- Maintain sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas
- Fulfill event expectations including requisitioning, post-event breakdown, and equipment storage
- Oversee stocking levels and product integrity
- Manage transfer process of product between locations with documentation
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of concession and utility equipment
- Evaluate warehouse employee performance and maintain related records
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and organization
