Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in foodservice or hospitality
- Forklift certification
- Food service certification
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent attendance record
- Open availability
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Forklift certified
- Proven warehouse experience a plus
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
- Knowledge of sanitation requirements and safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
Job Duties
- Assist with product purchasing and ordering
- Receive and control distribution for the venue
- Maintain sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas
- Fulfill event expectations including requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, and equipment storage
- Oversee stocking levels and rotate products to maintain integrity
- Ensure proper transfer process of products between locations with documentation
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of concession and utility equipment
- Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness of warehouse and storage areas
