Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification
- ability to communicate professionally
- ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- speak, read, and write in English
- work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- knowledge of concession locations and safety procedures
- possess valid food handlers certificate
- adhere to high standards of professionalism
- availability for variable event-driven schedule
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- ability to work independently
- knowledge of sanitation and food preparation guidelines
- valid food handlers certificate and alcohol service permit if required
- ability to perform basic math calculations

Job Duties
- Assist with product purchasing and ordering
- receive and control distribution for the venue
- maintain sanitation and organizational systems of warehouse areas
- fulfill event expectations including requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, and equipment storage
- oversee stocking levels and rotate inventory
- ensure proper transfer procedures between locations
- perform routine maintenance and clean concession and utility equipment
- evaluate warehouse employee performance and maintain records
- conduct day-end walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness
