Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
  • food service certification
  • ability to communicate professionally
  • ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • speak, read, and write in English
  • work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • knowledge of concession locations and safety procedures
  • possess valid food handlers certificate
  • adhere to high standards of professionalism
  • availability for variable event-driven schedule
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of sanitation and food preparation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Assist with product purchasing and ordering
  • receive and control distribution for the venue
  • maintain sanitation and organizational systems of warehouse areas
  • fulfill event expectations including requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, and equipment storage
  • oversee stocking levels and rotate inventory
  • ensure proper transfer procedures between locations
  • perform routine maintenance and clean concession and utility equipment
  • evaluate warehouse employee performance and maintain records
  • conduct day-end walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness
