Job Requirements

- possession of valid food handlers certificate and alcohol service permit if required
- knowledge of sanitation, food preparation, alcohol service policies, safety standards
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to adhere to high standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of foodservice or hospitality experience
- similar venue experience is a plus
- food service certification
Job Duties
- assist with product purchasing and ordering
- receive and control inventory distribution
- maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
- fulfill event-related requisitions and post-event breakdowns
- ensure proper stocking levels and product rotation
- oversee product transfers and documentation
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- evaluate warehouse employee performance
- conduct daily warehouse and storage area inspections
