Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in warehouse or food and beverage preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety protocols and maintain sanitary conditions
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to lift and move heavy items
- age 18 or older

Job Duties
- check all incoming items against purchase order sheets checking details such as weight count quality and specification
- ensure that all items are received and placed in their storage location at the proper temperature
- maintain accurate delivery and inventory records
- keep all storage areas and inventory neat organized and sanitary
- deliver items according to concession stands and place inventory using FIFO method of rotation
- maintain security of all storage areas ensuring areas are properly locked and protected
- assist with monthly inventory as directed
- note any inventory needed to complete upcoming events
- perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operation
