Job Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license required at some client locations

Job Qualifications

  • Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting or carrying of up to 35 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license required at some client locations

Job Duties

  • Receive and inspect products accurately labeling items and reporting discrepancies
  • Organize and store incoming products applying FIFO inventory controls for perishable goods
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts after training
  • Pick inventory to assemble orders of products supplies and equipment according to requisitions or par levels
  • Follow all standard operating procedures to meet accuracy and production standards
  • Load unload and transport products to various warehouse or client locations using carts PIV or motor vehicles
  • Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on established schedules
  • Complete administrative duties including inventory log documentation equipment inspections and temperature recordings
  • Clean assigned work areas including restrooms break areas loading docks and freight platforms
  • Implement all safety policies OSHA requirements and emergency procedures using the required safety and personal protective equipment
  • Ensure security of client and company assets
  • Interact professionally with clients employees vendors customers and attend meetings as required
