Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
- Able and willing to work in refrigerated environments between 36°F-42°F for up to 10 hours or longer
- Ability to follow directions and change priorities
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Follow established process to fulfill orders
- Accurately pick products
- Perform quality control checks
- Pack products and prepare orders for shipment
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Train and get certified to operate material handling equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider
