Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and handle physical tasks
- Comfortable using handheld scanners, basic computer systems, or inventory tools
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to work in refrigerated, frozen, and warm environments as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of raw materials and supplies
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage products for outbound shipments
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks/carts, and other material handling equipment safely
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, labeling, and cycle counts
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with sanitation and GMP requirements
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and allergen segregation protocols
- Check and document product temperatures when receiving or moving perishable items
