Job Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalency certificate or significant relevant or appropriate working experience
- Approximately 5 years of service as a warehouse worker or warehouse checker
- Demonstrates expert knowledge in all aspects of the warehouse
- To be promoted into this position, an employee must score a 3 or higher on their performance evaluation during the last two years of service

Job Duties
- Use radio frequency or picking, receiving, and storing function as required
- Check contents of orders picked and assembled by the order pickers
- Compare the quantity, quality, labeling and address with the customer’s order to ensure that outgoing shipments are complete and correct
- Operate product handling equipment including a forklift efficiently and safely while loading and unloading freight
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Perform labeling, sorting, and repacking as needed
- Perform inventory procedures accurately and with the utmost integrity
- General business support function as assigned
- Assure correct piece count, quality of product and correct shipping information
- Able to operate all warehouse equipment
- Is cross trained and can work in multiple warehousing functions or shifts
