Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to work in varying temperature environments including freezer, chilled, and ambient areas
  • capability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational setting
  • obtain necessary licensing or certification for equipment operation
  • possess manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and depth perception
  • perform repetitious work accurately and maintain mental alertness
  • ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly throughout shifts
  • capability to bend, stoop, twist and lift objects up to 100 lbs.
  • ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
  • demonstrate integrity, honesty, and safety consciousness
  • multitask effectively and manage time efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior warehouse or inventory experience beneficial but not required
  • ability to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
  • good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • physical ability for manual labor including lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Pick orders by selecting items from the warehouse according to pick lists
  • place items on pallets ensuring product integrity
  • stage completed pallets at assigned dock doors for shipment
  • operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • receive product and verify accuracy and quality
  • arrange and load products in proper delivery sequence maintaining legal weight distribution
  • maintain compliance with safety procedures, cleanliness, and company productivity standards
