Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work in varying temperature environments including freezer, chilled, and ambient areas
- capability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational setting
- obtain necessary licensing or certification for equipment operation
- possess manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and depth perception
- perform repetitious work accurately and maintain mental alertness
- ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly throughout shifts
- capability to bend, stoop, twist and lift objects up to 100 lbs.
- ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
- demonstrate integrity, honesty, and safety consciousness
- multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior warehouse or inventory experience beneficial but not required
- ability to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
- good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- physical ability for manual labor including lifting up to 100 lbs.
- ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Pick orders by selecting items from the warehouse according to pick lists
- place items on pallets ensuring product integrity
- stage completed pallets at assigned dock doors for shipment
- operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- receive product and verify accuracy and quality
- arrange and load products in proper delivery sequence maintaining legal weight distribution
- maintain compliance with safety procedures, cleanliness, and company productivity standards
