Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • able to pass all testing
  • 2+ years general labor with heavy lifting
  • experience in warehouse or with pallet jacks preferred
  • flexible to work all shifts
  • ability to train others
  • adaptable to fast-paced and changing environment
  • able to work with minimal supervision
  • demonstrate positive attitude and professional communication
  • ability to follow management direction
  • able to understand oral and written English
  • willing to work any shift, inside and outside
  • able to perform repetitious lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift
  • able to do bending, stooping, and twisting tasks

Job Qualifications

  • must be 18 years or older at time of hire
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • able to pass all applicable testing
  • 2+ years of general labor with consistent heavy lifting preferred
  • experience in warehouse, sorting, or operating powered pallet jacks is a plus
  • flexible to work all three shifts
  • ability to train team members in routine responsibilities
  • adaptability to fast-paced environment and changing priorities
  • ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment

  • initiative to learn and improve professional skills
  • ability to understand and support management direction
  • ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written directives in English
  • willing to work any shift and in various weather conditions including overtime

Job Duties

  • support and execute best in class warehouse, material handling, and inventory management operations
  • remain alert and operate all machinery and equipment
  • perform job tasks in a safe and efficient manner
  • responsible for housekeeping, groundskeeping, and submitting required work orders
  • conduct special projects such as rework, reclaim, recoup, and repack
  • differentiate between acceptable and unacceptable product and take action accordingly
  • display teamwork across all shifts towards meeting departmental goals
  • assist with dunnage, air-bagging, slip-sheeting to maintain teamwork
  • use computers, scan guns, and warehouse technology for operations
  • complete physical and virtual records for operational and audit purposes
  • actively participate in safety, continuous improvement, and team problem solving
  • operate warehouse and industrial equipment with training and certification
  • identify, report, and propose solutions to problems
  • assist in relief or backfilling Warehouse Utility Tech as needed
  • work in various capacities as assigned
