Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills for verbal and written communication
- Ability to work additional hours including overtime if hired as a full-time associate
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 70 pounds
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or related experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, or package handling
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Basic English language skills for verbal and written communication
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare the work area for the next shift
- Select products, pull, and pack totes as well as cut cases of merchandise and stock products
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts following safety procedures
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning windows and brass, and removing trash from the warehouse
- Adopt and adhere to safety procedures consistently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe warehouse environment
