Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year continuous experience as a warehouse technician
- ability to pass criminal background check
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- ability to work rotating shifts including nights and days
- craft certification or ability to obtain
- physical ability to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks
- strong commitment to safety and quality
Job Qualifications

- craft certified or ability to pass craft test
- strong communication skills both oral and written
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- experience working in shift-based roles
Job Duties
- perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production flow
- work rotating shifts including nights and days
- monitor and reduce waste in operations
- communicate clearly and effectively with team members
- follow written and verbal instructions to maintain quality and safety
