Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- ability to work in extreme temperature conditions ranging from -10F to 100F
- physically able to lift up to 65 pounds frequently and move up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance
- proficient in english reading, writing, and speaking
- flexibility to work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- no previous warehouse experience required
- ability to engage actively and maintain productivity
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged

- previous experience in warehouse or material handling preferred but not required
- prior experience in food distribution is a plus
- ability to follow detailed instructions and complete documentation accurately
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- unloading, picking and loading products at the distribution center
- safely operating machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
- communicating effectively and with care with team members and colleagues
- engaging actively with the physical demands of the job including lifting and moving heavy weights
- assisting in organizing and staging products efficiently
- participating in additional duties and professional development opportunities as assigned
