Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older at time of hire
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- college degree or equivalent experience in warehouse management
- 5 to 7 years supervision experience in a large-scale warehouse environment
- ability to set priorities and work independently within set guidelines
- strong attention to detail
- skill in organizing work efficiently
- self-starter with little direction required from upper management
- strong written and oral communication skills
- knowledge of shipping, receiving and warehouse practices
- sufficient computer skills to keep inventory records accurately on a daily basis
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to successfully pass applicable testing requirements
- support and model all company procedures and policies

Job Duties
- Accomplishes daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse labor plan
- supports productivity enhancement and analysis efforts
- supervises daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, rework, and inventory control
- ensures inventory control policies are maintained and monitors stock levels
- leads, trains, and motivates warehouse team members to meet productivity and accuracy targets
- identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- collaborates with management to implement best practices and new technologies
- conducts maintenance programs to ensure warehouse equipment availability
- ensures compliance with warehouse safety programs and addresses hazards
- adheres to disciplinary policies and delivers timely reprimands
