- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up 50+ lbs, and navigate outdoor spaces comfortably
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective team coordination and customer interactions
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and overall customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee product receiving, distribution, and transfer processes within the ballpark
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in all warehouse storage areas
- Assist with event operations as directed by the General Manager
- Supervise and train part-time warehouse staff, ensuring timely completion of event setups, requisitions, post-event breakdowns, warehouse returns, equipment storage, and maintenance
- Ensure adherence to purchase order protocols, verifying specifications, sizes, quantities, and proper labeling, dating, and stocking of all received goods
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stocking levels for each event, ensuring proper product rotation and integrity
- Manage product transfers between locations with accurate documentation and follow-up
- Perform routine maintenance and oversee the cleaning of concessions and utility equipment, including portable units, carts, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
- Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure commissary, warehouse, and storage areas are clean and organized
- Maintain a safe work environment, reporting any hazards or safety concerns
- Serve as the opening or closing manager on duty, overseeing daily warehouse operations
