Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum three years of similar or related experience
- at least one year of supervisory or lead experience
- advanced communication skills
- strong technical competence
- knowledge of word processing software
- knowledge of email software
- knowledge of spreadsheet software
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- ability to meet vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

- assist with managing daily warehouse operations

- motivate and train warehouse team to increase productivity
- ensure employee compliance with company and regulatory policies
