Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations including team supervision
- Associate degree preferred, vocational or technical education accepted
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices
- Proficiency in computer systems and reporting including barcoding, warehouse systems, and timekeeping
- Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency
- Experience working in or around union environments is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations to meet or exceed shipping, product rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness objectives
- Monitor loading, dispatch, and receiving times ensuring compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations
- Communicate regularly with associates to ensure compliance with warehouse productivity, safety, and sanitation policies
- Complete and monitor various computer-based and manual reports including time records, daily logs, and damage reports
- Monitor product damage and audit routes to ensure reliable product delivery
- Plan and schedule manpower
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
