  • Previous warehouse or inventory management experience
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Ensure appropriate functions, duties and procedures are performed as directed by Warehouse Supervisor
  • Receive, unload, move and load merchandise
  • Verify correct counts of items received and note discrepancies or damages
  • Issue and deliver items to the proper destination and obtain signatures to document delivery/receipt
  • Maintain proper storage of inventory merchandise to avoid spills or spoilage
  • Rotate stock according to schedule
  • Maintain work area in a safe and proper manner
  • Report any unsafe and/or hazardous conditions
  • Manage and maintain stock control
  • Plan future needs and adjust par levels
  • Process stock order review orders
  • Control dead stock
  • Maintain scheduling of deliveries on dock
  • Perform other duties as assigned
