Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related warehouse experience
  • Proven experience leading teams in warehouse or similar environments
  • Ability to work 2nd shift schedule
  • Physical ability to safely lift and move merchandise up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for long durations (10-12 hours)
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Strong people management skills
  • Dependability and ability to meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in general studies
  • Bachelor’s degree in general studies
  • General equivalency diploma
  • High school diploma
  • 2-5 years of related warehouse experience
  • Supervisory or team lead experience managing 15 or more associates preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems
  • Knowledge of voice recognition, inventory control, and labor management a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day shift operations of warehouse areas safely and effectively
  • Manage and oversee daily activities of warehouse associates in fulfilling customer orders and operations
  • Provide instruction and oversight on quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop and implement employee performance development plans
  • Coach, mentor, and guide associates on performance improvement and retention strategies
  • Manage key performance indicators including safety, retention, productivity, budget, and quality
  • Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits
  • Document accident investigations following company procedures
