Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a warehouse or similar work environment
- Forklift certification required
- Physically capable of standing for prolonged periods and moving lifting carrying pulling or pushing materials as required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Ability to manage a substantial workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on detail-oriented and able to react with a strong sense of urgency

Job Duties
- Receive and verify all local purchasing deliveries ensuring items match invoices and delivery orders
- Collect incoming airline cargo shipments confirming all paperwork complies with company guidelines
- Conduct monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels to identify shortages excesses or deviations
- Coordinate airline work orders in accordance with warehouse management instructions
- Load and off-load designated vehicles and perform additional tasks as assigned by management
- Maintain a clean sanitary and safe work environment
- Ensure products are separated organized rotated and stored in accordance with company standards
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of flight equipment and beverages for drivers
- Follow all company guidelines and procedures related to warehousing operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor
